Performance Profile:
? Provide internal capability development, market and business development
? Provide lead support and subject matter expertise for complete Lean Six Sigma client transformation
? This candidate will be part of a team guiding and transforming the client's business using Lean / Six Sigma techniques and methods
? Candidates will be involved in all aspects of deploying Lean / Six Sigma including leadership development, staff training, education, mentoring, facilitating Kaizen events, delivering projects and progress reporting.
? Candidate will provide direct LSS body of knowledge (deployment design, measurement, analysis, strategy, reporting) in support of Lean / Six Sigma events.
? Candidate will engage strategically with Senior Level Executives as well as Lean / Six Sigma Champions, Sponsors, and team members
? Will be trained and mentored in Bearing Point’s world class solutions and methods and will assist internally in developing BearingPoint client’s business transformation initiatives across multiple clients and markets
? Will present deliverables, status reports and presentations

Position-specific Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years in process improvement that includes the following:
? Lean and/or Six Sigma deployment experience in a service environment
? Big 4 consulting experience
? Lead and/or a key player in facilitating groups through Lean-Kaizen events and LSS projects in a service or industrial setting.
? Documented Lean Six Sigma teaching, mentoring, and coaching experience in a service environment.
? Facilitated at least 20 events
? Led at least 4 enterprise value stream events covering multiple disciplines (demand, delivery, development, support, sustaining, etc.)
? Experience directing, consulting, and mentoring the project work of Black Belt and Green belt resources
? Microsoft Office products, especially MS Visio
? Project Management
? Lean Master and/or Six Sigma Certification (ASQ or Industry)
? Bachelors degree in business or engineering required
? Must be U.S. citizen
