BearingPoint's Management Consulting practice provides strategy execution services to our clients - bridging the gap between strategy articulation and strategy implementation. Our practitioners partner with clients to facilitate transitions of new business strategies, processes, technologies, systems, and structures.
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our growing practice with a focus on the Learning and Training solution, specifically with a focus on instructional design and development / delivery of training curriculum, courseware, and content to support large scale business transformation efforts.
Successful Candidates will meet the following criteria:
• Twelve (12+) or more years experience designing and developing training programs in support of large scale systems implementation
• Twelve (12+) or more years instructional design and training development knowledge / experience
• Twelve (12+) or more years experience with training development tools, such as Lectora and Flash technology
• Twelve (12+) or more years eLearning experience to facilitate appropriate learning strategy and courseware development
• Seven (7+) or more years instructional design consulting experience with a major consulting firm.
• Willing and able to travel 75-100%

• Attention to detail and structure to ensure high quality training courseware is produced consistently
• An ability to quickly learn and apply the BearingPoint approach to training development and delivery
• An ability to work both independently and within a large team environment
• Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and be able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
• An ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving, fast paced environment
