Performance Profile:
Analyzesystem requirements, designs and develops activities for complex systems. Guides users in formulating requirements, advises alternative approaches, and conducts feasibility studies. Responsible for the integration of requirements, design and technology during the design and development of complex systems. Seamlessly incorporates new plans, designs and systems into ongoing operations. Develops associated technical documentation. Performs in accordance with NSA/CSS Enterprise Architecture plans and guidance, Systems Engineering Policies, Standards Program and Capability Maturity Model integrated (CMMi) best practices.

Position-specific Requirements:
- 3+ years experience as a part of a system development team obtained within the last five (5) years. At least 50% of this experience shall be in programs with particular relevance to SIGINT, Communications Systems, and Information Technology.
- 2+ years experience as a systems engineer in programs that encompassed systems architecture, requirements analysis, design, production, integration, test and transition into operations, obtained within the last four years.
- 3+ years system engineering experience obtained in an intelligence community environment within the last five years.
