Performance Profile:

The Functional Lead will be responsible for the execution and management of all taskrelated to the functional aspects of the enterprise systes solution delivery. The Functional Lead will be responsible for directing other business analysts in the development and delivery of work products including but not limited to:

- Development and facilitation of CRM strategy
- Process mapping and documentation
- Requirements gathering and functional requirements
documentation
- Organization and implementation of system test plans,
development of system test scripts, documentation of
software test reports
- Implementation of user acceptance testing, including
the development of user acceptance test plans and scripts
- Functional design specifications including data
requirements, business logic, user interface changes,
uses cases, screen layouts, roles and responsibility
matrices and state model designs

The Functional Lead may be required on occasion to support business development activities. The Functional Lead will be expected to be at the client site everyday and act as a key end client liaison.

Position-specific Requirements:
- 5+ years direct customer interaction
- 1+ year experience with software development lifecycle
for packaged applications
- 3+ years documenting processes that are supported by
a packaged application implementation
- 2+ years developing functional design specifications

Desired skills:
- CI or Full poly
- Enterprise implementation experience
- CRM packaged application experience
