Performance Profile:
• Provides strategic deployment including assessments, planning, and deployment utilizing tools such as lean and six sigma
• Provides CPI training
• Interacts effectively with line-of-business partners, CPI experts from related CPI disciplines, end-clients, and peer logistics and process improvement consultants to develop, enhance, document, and market CPI services throughout their lifecycle.
• Provides subject matter expertise, thought-leadership, and solution/service direction for:
ASO21, Lean, Six Sigma, and Transformation, Training and Education.
• The individual will be required to gather and understand business requirements and produce detailed planning documents that support these business requirements.
• The individual will be required to gather and understand industry best practices and make recommendations to the end-client in order to reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction.

Position-specific Required Skills:
• Black Belt Certified
• Minimum 9+ Years experience developing and/or implementing CPI.
• 9+ years experience with MRO or manufacturing industry
• Bachelor's Degree in Busines, Engineering, or related field

Position-specific Desired Skills:
• 5+ years of experience with DoD organizations, workload, mission, data and community.
• 9+ years of experience with Transformation Projects
• Masters Degree Preferred in Business oR Engineering

Logistics:
• Travel requirement: 10% Travel
