The BearingPoint Intelligence sector is currently searching for a Workforce Analytics Consultant.
Performance Profile:
Team member on ongoing process improvement engagement that emphasizes quantitative assessment, process redesign, and implementation.
•The individual will support senior government executives in the development of the organization’s strategy and business process
•They will assist with the development, collection, analysis, and reporting of data
•The individual will translate data analysis findings and research principles into written documents.
•They will manipulate and transform data through the use of databases, spreadsheets, and queries.
•The individual will serve as domain knowledgeable resource in advising BearingPoint team and client on tools and techniques to improve the development, collection, analysis, and reporting of information
•Client interaction will be regular and sustained, encompassing both formal presentations and informal, routine communication
Position specific required skills:
•US Citizen with a TS Clearance
•Bachelor’s degree in IO Psychology, Business, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science/MIS, Finance or related field required.
•3 years or more experience in data collection or analysis using Excel, Access, or SPSS/SAS.
•3 years or more experience with any of the following skills: research, business process improvement, management consulting, or program evaluation.
•2 years or more experience producing and communicating findings to leadership via written and oral presentations
Position specific desired skills:
•TS/SCI clearance
•1 year or more experience supporting a client within the Intelligence Community.
•1 year or more experience in running queries using SQL or Visual Basic.
Logistics:
No travel outside of the local area is required for this position
