Sys., Business Admin., or related field and at least 5 years of exp. in the job offered or 5 years of exp. in a related occupation. Related experience must include Project Management: Test Planning and Management, Offshore Management, C++, VBScript, XML and Perl programming languages, Automation Tools: Silk, Rational Robot and QTP, Performance Testing Tools: HP Loadrunner and Test Management Tools: HP Quality Center and Rational Test Manager. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable.
