A Business Consultant has comprehensive knowledge of a particular industry, domain, or functional business solution and can assist with developing that industry, domain, or functional business solution content. A Business Consultant will be responsible for managing smaller projects or a component of a larger project and will establish and maintain a working relationship with client management. A Business Consultant will aim to refine and improve his/her project management skills, as well as, assist with the development of intellectual capital through the BearingPoint Delivery Framework.

Performance Profile:
Duties including but are not limited to the following:
- Prepare program budgets and forecasts utilizing budget execution data
-Perform what-if analysis
-Analyze and price business case analyses
-Coordinate with client management and executives
-Develop related communications for leadership, employees, customers, and other stakeholders
- Drive successful completion of project activities within defined timelines with reliance on resources external to the project team
- Conduct financial research and analysis
- Develop corrective actions for detailed General Ledger accounts for a DOD activity using multiple automated applications,
including MS Access, MS Excel, and various client specific applications
- Assist manager in reporting and tracking projects costs and level of effort
- Work with client personnel to conduct research and develop corrective actions
- Perform complex functions in excel including link among spreadsheets, creating formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation

Position-specific Requirements:
- 3+ years in a large consulting organization leading teams
- BS in Accounting or Finance or related degree
- 2+ years experience in DoD Financial/Managerial Analysis or budgeting
- 2+ years experience in MS Excel including pivot tables, linking, and consolidation features
- 2+ years experience in MS Power Point
- US Citizenship
