The BearingPoint National Security Sector is currently searching for a Senior Business Process Consultant.
Performance Profile:
Team member on ongoing strategic planning, business process and performance management engagements in the Intelligence Community
• The individual will support senior government executives in the development of the organization’s strategy and business process
• They will assist with the development, collection, analysis, and reporting of performance metrics
• The individual will serve as domain knowledgeable resource in advising BearingPoint team and client on tools and techniques to improve the development, collection, analysis, and reporting of performance information
• Client interaction will be regular and sustained, encompassing both formal presentations and informal, routine communication
Position specific required skills:
•TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Political Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field required.
•5 years or more experience in business process improvement, performance management, strategic planning or analysis.
•5 years or more experience with any of the following skills: research, data analysis, or program evaluation.
•3 years or more experience producing and communicating findings to leadership via written and oral presentations
•2 years or more experience creating spreadsheets and analyzing data in Excel
Position specific desired skills:
•3 years or more experience supporting a client within the Intelligence Community.
•3 years or more experience creating or maintaining reports in Access
Logistics:
No travel outside of the local area is required for this position
