Performance Profile:
• The support encompasseensuring the positive inventory of sensitive Air Force assets by assisting the government in the development, implementation and tracking of IPT outcomes and action items.
• Support will also include IPT meeting organization and facilitation. As part of the meeting facilitation tasks, the candidates will be expected to assist the government in IMS development, IPT briefing development and editing, IPT action item development, and IPT action item follow-up and follow through.
• The successful candidate will also assist the government in the analysis of current and future positive control issues and work with government clients to alleviate issues that exist.
• The candidate will also be expected to provide technical and/or process recommendations for improving and enhancing the positive control of sensitive Air Force assets. On an as needed basis the candidate will also be required to assist in the creation and maintenance of web-enabled IPT facilitation websites on platforms such as Air Force Knowledge Now (AFKN)
• The candidate will have a part in business development activities.
• The candidate will interact with clients and customers on a daily basis.
• The candidate will have the ability to present ideas as needed in the work environment

Position-specific Required Skills:
• Minimum of 3+ years of proven project management experience and meeting facilitation
• Bachelor’s Degree

Position-specific Desired Skills:
• Experience in Lean and Green Belt or Black Belt certification or Green or Black Belt trained a plus.
• In-depth knowledgeable of the SCOR model and its implementation preferred
• JMO
• Defense Consulting a plus

Logistics:
• Travel requirement 25%
