Sr. Business Consultant - AFMC Immersion Education Site Lead

Performance Profile:
• Lead and manage a team of instructorpartnering with the sub resources to deliver AF transformation concepts and initiatives to civilian and military enrolled students.
• Develop and maintain key government Points of Contacts and (SME) Subject Matter Experts in support of the Education Program.
• Seek and develop future education program opportunities in support of the AF Work Force Development goals.
• Conduct Weekly and bi-weekly team meetings to discuss and review instructor deliveries of Immersion Education module content. Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
• Prepare MPR Monthly Progress Report as per contractual agreement.
• Support PMR (Program Management Review Quarterly) and Yearly with the government program leadership as per contractual agreement.
• Prepare briefing slides for client leadership and internal program briefings.
• Prepare detailed 7-week course schedule with assigned instructors, resources, and government SMEs. Includes coordinating offsite Commercial Tours and Base Tours as they related and support the module instruction.
• Coordinate and support daily administrative tasks such as PC support, Facilities coordination, instructor support, and overall safe environment condition of the facility.

Position-specific Required Skills:
• 3 + years Management experience
• Minimum BS Degree
• 5+ years Technical tools, ability and ease of use of MS Word, Outlook email, EXCEL, & Powerpoint.
• 5+ years AF background and experience, ALC Logistics
• The Public Services sector supports the DoD, requiring candidates to obtain a security clearance that requires US Citizenship
