BearingPoint is seeking a Senior Oracle Developer to join the team in our Global Software Development Center in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.

Responsibilities:
• Technical lead for project teams interacting with onsite engagement teams coordinating project development activities.
• Ensures requirements are well defined, code is systematically tested and documentation is consistent, clear and thorough.
• Creates technical specifications, produces high quality software, and performs extensive unit testing adhering to a defined CMMI Level-3 development process; using the most advanced tools and methodologies.
• Provides thought leadership and technology expertise while contributing to BearingPoint’s intellectual capital.
• Responsible for mentoring activities with more than one colleague, at more than one job level working towards their mastery of a technology domain.
• Provides software development estimates to be used for internal statements of work.
• Stays abreast of changes in Oracle technologies.

Required Qualifications:
• 5 years minimum Technical Development experience with Oracle’s e-Business Suite: Financials (11.5.8 or higher) Enterprise Applications; Financial Management Systems or Human Capital Management or Project Management.
• Strong technical expertise supported by at least 5 years of experience with Oracle development tools: PL/SQL Packages, stored procedures and functions, Oracle Reports 6i/10g, Forms 6i/10g and Discoverer 4i+.
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent in education and experience
knowledge/skills.
• Must have at least two full cycle implementations or upgrade experience with Oracle e-Business Suite Enterprise Performance Management.

Desired Skills:
• Prior experience working in a lead capacity over technical development projects.
• General knowledge of SOA Oracle Development Tools (BPEL, JDeveloper 10g, OADF, Java)
• General knowledge of OBIEE Tools (BI Publisher, Interactive Dashboards, Oracle Answers, Oracle Warehouse Builder)
