Sr Consultant- Learning and Performance

The BearingPoint Life Sciences Team is currently searching for Sr Consultant with Learning and Performance experience.

Senior Consultant – Life Sciences/Commericial Operations/Learning & Performance: Previous pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience required. Formal training & development experience mandatory.

The senior consultant have three major functions:
1. project management
2. collecting, reviewing and synthesizing existing information and making recommendations
3. extensive materials development in Word, Powerpoint & Excel.

Job Description:

Demonstrate the ability to synthesize information, articulate findings & recommendations and summarize effectively based on audience both in written reports, materials and powerpoint recommendations.

Demonstrate past experience conducting group meetings and facilitating progress through an agenda while collecting data or influencing stakeholders.

Attended formal training in instructional/training design and demonstrate the ability to prioritize and sequence information/tasks to help other’s learn a new process or information.

Manage a team of 2 to 3 people providing clear direction and reviewing progress and following up routinely to pre-empt performance issues and timeline delays.

Requirements:
3 years in sales &/or sales management roles; 2 years in home office or field training role.

Must be local to the East Coast- (NY/NJ area.
Must be open to travel Mon-Friday 100%.
